With common textures of these materials, as well as wood, throughout the proposal, the rooms are differentiated in terms of shades and individual constructions. Special features include the stone fireplace with Venetian décor incorporated into a room on the first floor, as well as access to a private roof garden of one of the two rooms on the second floor.
The furniture of the rooms includes open wardrobes and sofas that are not free-standing, but were designed to follow the masonry linearly, as it is an irregular room outline. The interior lighting of the spaces is based on the use of mainly applications, with the aim of the uniform distribution of light in all spaces, which are characterized by a large average height. Appliques were chosen to be placed on the sides of the building, with the aim of highlighting its particular architectural characteristics.
