CITY MOMENTS

The apartment is situated in the heart of Chania, occupying the 5th and 6th floors of a newly built building. The architectural design and interior decor were crafted to create a space for comfortable and luxurious living, intended primarily for tourism rental.

The apartment is spread over two levels, totaling 148 square meters. The first level includes three spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and a small shared area with a mini bar and breakfast nook. The second level features a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and a small WC. A standout feature of the apartment is the large balconies on both open sides of the building, offering beautiful views of the city, the sea, and the mountains.

The bedrooms are designed to meet the needs of modern travelers seeking a luxurious vacation experience. Each room features a private bathroom, a queen-size bed, generous storage, and access to spacious balconies where guests can enjoy sweeping views of the city and the vast blue sea.

The living room occupies the building’s top floor, creating a space that flows seamlessly into the cityscape. Large windows make the boundary between indoor and outdoor spaces almost invisible. On one side, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the Venetian harbor and the shimmering blue sea, while on the other, the view extends from Akrotiri to the White Mountains. This level also includes a large balcony with a private heated pool, offering guests the unique experience of swimming in the heart of the city with endless sea views stretching out before them.

Lighting is an essential element of the design, which is why all fixtures, both indoors and outdoors, were meticulously chosen by the design team.
