Our company, Dimiourgiki S.A., an integrated design and construction firm that combines organization, expertise, innovation, and high-quality standards, is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to take an active role in the development, design, and coordination of new projects.

We are seeking an experienced interior designer with a proven track record across a wide range of projects, from private residences and residential complexes to tourist accommodations and hotels. The ideal candidate should possess strong creative and design skills with an emphasis on innovation, organizational proficiency, keen attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the relationship between aesthetics, functionality, and construction execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Development of new concepts, mood boards, color palettes, material proposals, and presentations that meet client requirements and company standards.

• Management of all interior design phases—concept, schematic design, design development, and detailed design—with responsibility for the quality of deliverables, adherence to schedules, and budget control.

• Selection and specification of materials, furniture, lighting fixtures, fabrics, and decorative elements, based on aesthetics, functionality, and cost.

• Communication and coordination with associate consultants, architects, civil engineers, mechanical engineers, graphic designers, and suppliers.

• Collaborate with the construction department during project execution to resolve design or technical issues and ensure the proper implementation of the design.

• Mentoring junior interior designers and reviewing the quality of their work.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Architecture

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in a similar position, with proven experience in managing complex interior design projects.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills, knowledge of materials, and the ability to manage projects from concept through to construction completion.

• Excellent knowledge of design software, specifically AutoCAD, SketchUp & VRay.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, team spirit, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems under time pressure.

• Good knowledge of the English language.

Desired qualifications

• Knowledge of preparing detailed designs and construction details.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop & InDesign

• Experience in overseeing and monitoring the execution of the design.
