We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, a high sense of responsibility, and a genuine interest in people. A professional who can build relationships of trust, listen to the needs of employees, operate with consistency, professionalism, and clear boundaries, and actively contribute to the implementation of the company's strategy and goals through Human Resources practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Taking an active role in the design and implementation of the company's staffing process, from attracting and evaluating candidates to the selection and successful onboarding of new employees.
Daily Operations: Support and coordination of daily HR processes.
Communication: Supporting communication between employees and management.
Policies: Monitoring and implementing Human Resources policies and procedures.
Work Environment: Contributing to the creation of a positive, productive, and organized work environment.
Development & Training: Supporting staff development, training, and evaluation initiatives.
Department Organization: Active participation in the formulation, organization, and evolution of the HR department's processes and functions.
Employee Engagement: Supporting initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and development.

Required Qualifications:
Education: Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills.
Empathy: Genuine interest in people.
Situation Management: Ability to manage situations with professionalism, objectivity, and by setting clear boundaries.
Prioritization: Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage multiple issues simultaneously.
Professionalism: Responsibility, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Computer Skills: Very good knowledge of MS Office.
Foreign Languages: Good knowledge of the English language.

Desired Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years of previous experience in an HR, Recruitment, administration, or a related role will be considered a significant advantage.
Expertise: Experience in recruitment processes and candidate evaluation will be highly appreciated.
