Iolida Corfu

The Iolida Corfu Resort & Spa is located in Dassia Bay, Corfu. Our company was responsible for the renovation of the 127 guest rooms and the common indoor areas of the existing building. The common and auxiliary spaces, including the lobby, bar, kids' club, restaurant, luggage room, management offices, and conference hall, are located on the ground floor and mezzanine, where the gym is also situated. The guest rooms are spread across levels -1, -2, +1, and +2.

The primary design goal was to transform the existing structure into a luxury all-inclusive resort, offering high-standard hospitality. By retaining the repeating arch motif, which reflects the island's classical heritage, and incorporating clean lines, earthy tones, and natural materials, the building achieves a modern aesthetic while still preserving references to its historical roots.
