The composition is articulated through clean, rectangular volumes with a northwest orientation. The massing is enhanced by setbacks that create terraces with increased privacy and contribute to the lightness of the overall form. The ground floor hosts an open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen, as well as two bedrooms—one with a private bathroom. The upper level consists of four additional bedrooms, three of which feature en-suite bathrooms, alongside a shared bathroom.
The surrounding area was designed with a focus on functionality and comfortable circulation. The swimming pool is placed centrally, parallel to the longitudinal axis of the building, ensuring seamless visual and spatial continuity between the interior and exterior.
The material palette combines terracotta shades in the exterior renders, marble, wood, and bamboo, forming a mild, earthy ensemble. The subtle use of klostres (breeze blocks) on solid walls breaks up the surfaces and adds plasticity to the facade. At the same time, emphasis was placed on adopting high-energy-efficiency materials, reflecting a modern architectural approach to sustainable construction.
