The plot of 488 square meters is located in the area of Plakias, in the prefecture of Rethymnon. The aim of the design was, despite the limited size of the plot, to create three independent residences with swimming pools and orientation to the unobstructed view of the sea. The houses were designed in a minimal aesthetic, in order to interfere as little as possible with the natural landscape.
