CORALLIA villas

The plot of 488 square meters is located in the area of Plakias, in the prefecture of Rethymno. The aim of the study was, despite the limited size of the plot, to create three independent houses with swimming pools and orientation to the unobstructed view of the sea. The houses were designed in minimal aesthetics, in order to intervene as little as possible in the natural landscape.

Two of the three houses are identical, with an area of 94 sq. m. each, while the third has an area of 84 sq. m. and consist of ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor is the living room, the dining room and the kitchen, a bedroom and the shared bathroom. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The open plan common area is bright with large openings, overlooks the pool, while there is a semi-outdoor area, for protection and shading.

The minimal aesthetics continue in the decoration of the houses by choosing materials in open tones and combines oak with mat and reeds, which contribute to a warm atmosphere of refined elegance.
