In a typical apartment building of the 80's, very close to the center of Chania, we renovated and reconfigured the spaces of an existing 70sqm apartment.
The design seeks to balance functionality with privacy to create a modern home that will accommodate the behavior of its users.

The purpose of the materiality in the project was to unify the common areas, so a common ceramic tile was applied throughout the floor area, inside and outside, in combination with vertical walnut cladding. The lighting design was achieved with a central rail and combination high bay luminaires were used. In the private areas, wooden flooring was chosen.
The combination of all the above was done on a white background to create a balanced and relaxing environment.
