HOUSE in Piraeus

A new three-storey residential building has been erected on a plot of land in the city of Piraeus. The building consists of two apartments, 130sq.m. each. The apartments include an open plan kitchen-dining-living room, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms with one bathroom and a shared wc. The building also includes a small studio apartment at the gatehouse level and a basement floor, which houses storage and parking.

The decoration study had as objectives to create an environment of luxury and at the same time, each space should be functional, as these are apartments intended to be inhabited by families of four. The main decorative elements are wood and marble, which were used to cover several surfaces of the interior walls. Another key element is the design of several engravings on the ceilings with the addition of hidden lighting, which marks the spaces and creates a welcoming and warm atmosphere.
