RESIDENCE IN KASTELI #1

In the city center of Kasteli, N. Chania, a modern loft was designed and designed, in order to serve the living needs of a young couple. It is a metal construction, an addition in height to an existing building. It consists of two levels, the lower main area and a loft.

The first level includes an open plan living-kitchen area, a guest bedroom and a shared bathroom, while the loft, a bedroom, an office space and a shared bathroom. Characteristic of the study, is the creation of several openings on the faces with the aim of making the maximum possible use of natural light, in all areas of the loft. The floor plan is complemented by a terrace - an outdoor area of 45 m2 which includes a large seating area and barbecue.

The interior decoration is characterized by simple lines. Furniture and fabrics were selected in grey tones. Leather and wood dominate the space, while special lighting compositions complement a fairly modern image.
