RESIDENCE IN KOKKINO METOCHI

It is a two-storey apartment building located in the area of Kokkino Metochi, just outside the center of Chania. The building consists of two floors on a pylon and an attic. The first floor includes two identical apartments and the second floor consists of an apartment and the attic. The first floor apartments include an open plan kitchen-living area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The second floor apartment includes a kitchen, an open plan dining-living area, a bedroom with private bathroom, a storage room, a bedroom and a shared bathroom.

Internal staircase leads to the attic. On the north side of the building, a large semi-outdoor space has been created on each floor, while on the south side, balconies and terraces have been created. All apartments have a fireplace. On the floor of the building, from which the best view is offered, there is a dining area and barbecue.

The study of the interior, focused on creating a sense of luxury in all spaces, using quality materials. The wide use of marble and wood in combination with specially designed constructions and selected lamps and furniture, result in the creation of three modern houses.
