HOUSE in Piraeus

On a plot of land located in the city of Piraeus, a new three-storey residential building has been erected. The building consists of two apartments, each with an area of 130sq.m. The apartments include an open plan kitchen-dining-living area, a master bedroom with a private bathroom, two bedrooms with one bathroom and a shared wc. The building also includes a small studio on the level of the pylon and an underground floor, where warehouses and parking are accommodated.

The design of decoration was intended to create an environment of luxury and at the same time, each space to be functional, as these are apartments in which four families are intended to live. Key decorating elements, are wood and marble, which were used to invest several surfaces of interior masonry. Also a key element is the design of several engravings on the ceilings with the addition of hidden lights, which marks the spaces and creates an atmosphere welcoming and warm.
