RESIDENCE IN KASTELI #2

The residence is located in the settlement of Kounoupitsa, in Kastelli Kissomos, on a plot that, due to its privileged position, offers unobstructed views of the bay of Kasteli. It is a two-storey building, with a basement and swimming pool. The ground floor is 115sqm and includes a large open plan area with a living-kitchen-dining area, a storage room and a bathroom. The floor is 95sq.m and includes a master bedroom with private bathroom and two bedrooms with shared bathroom.

The decoration study suggests the use of luxurious materials such as marble, granite and solid wood. Several of the furniture is designed exclusively for the residence, while for the lighting of the ground floor spaces are selected branded lamps, in modern design lines. Emphasis is placed on the basic living room of the residence, whose large surface is invested with wood. For the private bathroom of the master bedroom, mosaic tiles are selected in dark and light shades.

The surrounding area of the residence is shaped by planting flower beds in various levels, while next to the pool an outdoor seating area is created.
