TERRA NOSTRUM HOTEL

The five-star Terra Nostrum Hotel is a modern and innovative alternative tourism facility, designed to offer holistic medical and wellness services. The philosophy of the complex is based on creating a total experience for the visitor. It aims to create the appropriate environment through which the visitor will have the opportunity to combine alternative and conventional medicine treatments.

The plot is 35 acres in size and is located in the area of Gerani, in the municipality of Platanias in the south of Greece. Chania. The hotel unit consists of thirteen (13) building complexes, many of which are underground, which are developed on the plot amphitheatrically, following a tree-like arrangement. As the plot has a gentle slope, unobstructed views from the north to the sea are ensured, while the mountain range of the White Mountains dominates to the south.

The main common functions of the hotel are located to the south of the site, such as the reception area, the restaurant and office space. On the ground floor level is the gym, while to the east is a shop selling ecological products. The basement will house a conference centre and ancillary functions. To the north, six (6) underground buildings are developed to accommodate the accommodation rooms, as well as the second restaurant to the west. All ground floor rooms include swimming pools, while in the centre of the plot is the large communal swimming pool and pool bar.
