Because of the size and irregular contours of the floors, the design had to ensure the ergonomics of the apartments and propose the design of all the furniture, which could not be free-standing from the outset.
The materials were chosen with the aim of creating a modern style that can also highlight the particularities of the building and the location in which it is located. Almost all the structures (wardrobes, headboards, bedside tables, washbasins, boudoir) were designed by the design team, with natural wood and metal taking the lead. The interior colouring was done in white and grey tones, while blue was chosen for selected parts of the masonry. The bathrooms are dominated by cement mortar and the building's façade is painted in earthy red.
