The building is located in the district "Top-Hana" of the Old Town of Chania, facing one of the most central streets, on a plot of 52sq.m. It is a three-storey building, classified as a listed Venetian mansion of the 17th century, which in its former form was a residence. The building includes several noteworthy architectural elements, such as: a large arched opening on the ground floor, a stone arched doorway with pilasters on the first floor, a stone chimney with a chimney stack and a passage with a pointed passage.

The architectural study was called upon to address two important issues: the strengthening of the building's statics and the creation of a modern accommodation, while restoring all its particular architectural and morphological elements. Also, from the study, spaces had to be created that would ensure the necessary ergonomics, within a building contour that was irregular and irregular.

The interior design focused on creating a sense of luxury in all areas, with the use of quality materials. The extensive use of marble and wood in combination with the specially designed constructions and the selected fixtures and furniture, have resulted in the creation of three modern residences.

With the textures of these materials, as well as wood, common to the whole proposal, the rooms are differentiated in terms of shades and individual constructions. Particular features are the stone hearth with Venetian decoration incorporated in a room on the first floor, as well as access to a private roof garden of one of the two rooms on the second floor.
