Our company, Dimiourgiki SA, an integrated consulting and construction firm combining organization, expertise, innovation, and high quality standards, is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to take an active role in the development, design, and coordination of new projects.

We are looking for an experienced interior designer with a proven track record across a wide range of projects, from residential properties and housing complexes to tourist accommodations and hospitality units.

Main Responsibilities

• Development of new concepts, mood boards, color palettes, material proposals, and presentations that meet client requirements and company standards.

• Management of all interior design phases—concept, preliminary study, final design, and construction documentation—with responsibility for deliverable quality, adherence to schedules, and budget control.

• Selection and specification of materials, furniture, lighting fixtures, fabrics, and decorative elements based on aesthetics, functionality, and cost.

• Communication and coordination with collaborating consultants, architects, civil engineers, mechanical engineers, graphic designers, and suppliers.

• Collaboration with the construction department during project evolution to resolve design or technical issues and ensure design implementation.

• Mentoring junior interior designers and reviewing the quality of their work.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Architecture.

• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience, with proven expertise in managing complex interior design projects.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating design capability, knowledge of materials, and the ability to manage projects from concept to construction completion.

• Excellent command of design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, team spirit, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities under tight deadlines.

• Good command of the English language.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of preparing construction drawings and detailed technical designs.

• Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Experience in supervising and monitoring design implementation.
