Architectural Engineer (Senior)

Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Design & Composition
Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation
Preparation of Building Permit Files
Periodic Construction Site Supervision

Requirements:
Knowledge of NOK: Proficiency in the New Building Regulation (NOK).
Detailed Design: Expertise in construction/working drawings and implementation studies.
Design Proficiency: Ability to compose small and large-scale projects.
Software Excellence: Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray.
Critical thinking, teamwork, professionalism, consistency, meeting deadlines, responsibility, and integrity.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience required.

We are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate the design department and oversee projects.

Candidate Profile:

Experience: 3+ years in a similar position.
Education: Degree in Production Engineering and Management (PEM) preferred.
Skills: Organizational skills, leadership abilities, and consistency.
